Responsibilities

1.Define and manage assigned products and product lines based on the company’s product strategy and technology roadmap.

2.Manage the entire product lifecycle, including market research, requirements confirmation, competitive analysis, product concept definition, product development, pre-launch promotional material preparation, and product upgrades.

3.Drive and oversee the entire process from new product initiation, R&D, testing, pilot production, mass production to final product delivery.

4.Organize and coordinate R&D, production, quality, and sales teams to ensure product quality throughout all stages of development, manufacturing, and sales.

5.Create product manuals and related promotional documentation, assisting business departments with New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.

6.Provide necessary product knowledge training and technical support to the business team.

Qualifications: 

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.

2.Minimum 3 years of product management experience, preferably in the image sensor industry.

3.Ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts, with strong problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure.

4.High sense of responsibility, good management skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
