Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the layout design of analog and mixed-signal ICs.
2.Complete floor planning and layout design of critical circuit modules.
3.Perform layout verification tasks such as DRC and LVS.
4.Analyze failure causes, modify layouts, and improve yield.
5.Prepare relevant design documentation.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics or a related field.
2.2-3 years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC layout design, with independent project experience.
3.Basic understanding of analog and digital ICs; ability to design simple analog and digital modules is preferred.
4.Proficient in using Virtuoso, Calibre, and other tools for design and verification.
5.Capable of independently performing LVS & DRC checks.
6.Familiar with the chip tape-out process.
7.Strong teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, cooperation spirit, and fast learning ability.
8.Experience in scripting, floor planning, independent project management, and CIS layout is highly preferred.
