Responsibilities

1.End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle of image sensors, from requirement definition and specification development to tape-out, validation, and mass production, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.

2.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architecture design, analog/digital circuit design, pixel design, layout, testing, packaging, system integration, algorithms, and firmware to ensure project progress.

3.Customer Technical Interface: Serve as the technical point of contact for key customers, facilitating requirement discussions, prototype validation, and project delivery management.

4.Risk Control and Resource Allocation: Identify critical project risks and develop mitigation strategies; allocate internal resources flexibly according to project timelines.

5.Process and Documentation Standards: Establish and implement project management processes and documentation standards compliant with IPD or internal company R&D procedures.

6.Product Roadmap Support: Participate in image sensor product planning and assist product and market teams in technical feasibility assessments.

Qualifications: 

1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.

2.Experience: 8+ years of project management experience in image sensors or similar chips, with proven experience managing the complete product development lifecycle.

3.Technical Competence: Familiar with image sensor architecture, pixel design, analog/digital mixed-signal design processes, and chip validation/testing workflows.

4.Project Management Skills: Strong capabilities in project decomposition, timeline management, resource coordination, and cross-team communication. Familiarity with IPD or other project management systems is preferred.

5.Communication and Leadership: Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals efficiently.

6.Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to conduct technical discussions with overseas teams and customers is preferred.
