Responsibilities
1.Test System Construction: Lead the establishment of testing processes and strategies for camera and vision system solutions from the ground up, covering functional testing, performance testing, stability testing, and edge scenario testing.
2.Test Platform Development: Plan and drive the design and implementation of automated testing platforms and toolchains, covering the entire workflow from sensor signal input to system-level output.
3.Test Case & Standard Development: Develop comprehensive test plans and evaluation criteria, establishing a quantifiable and traceable test case library for all project phases.
4.Product Validation & Issue Identification: Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and algorithm teams to conduct system integration testing, identifying and analyzing functional defects and performance bottlenecks.
5.Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a small test team, ensuring effective task allocation and skill development to enhance testing depth and team efficiency.
6.Technical Feedback & Process Improvement: Participate in product development reviews, provide timely feedback on test issues to R&D and project teams, and drive improvements in product testability and quality.
Qualifications:
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, Optoelectronics, or a related field.
2.Experience: Over 8 years of system testing experience for camera or embedded system products, with proven experience in leading the establishment of testing platforms or processes from scratch.
3.Technical Skills:
3.1.Familiar with image sensor system architecture; understanding of CIS chip output characteristics (e.g., APS/EVS), debugging methods, and anomaly analysis.
3.2.Knowledgeable in embedded systems, image processing, and fundamental ISP algorithm workflows.
3.3.Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python) and automated testing tools.
4.Team & Collaboration Skills: Strong project management and cross-departmental collaboration abilities to effectively drive testing initiatives.
5.Preferred Qualifications:
5.1.Testing experience at a chipset company, camera module manufacturer, or system solution provider.
5.2.Familiarity with automated Image Quality (IQ) testing frameworks, and performance testing metrics such as video frame interpolation, low-light performance, HDR, and latency.
5.3.Strong English reading and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with overseas technical teams.
