Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the project development and management of products integrating vision sensors (traditional RGB and event-based image sensors), such as smartphone and IPC product categories, and drive project execution to completion.

2.Build the CIS team, including roles for image sensor feature evaluation, camera system software development, camera system tuning, and firmware development. Lead the team to overcome systemic challenges.

3.Conduct system-level competitive analysis for chip projects.

4.Bridge communication and coordinate resources across hardware, algorithm, product, and other departments during projects.

Qualifications: 

1.Master’s degree or higher from a 211/985 project university or equivalent, in Electronics/Information Engineering, Signal Processing, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2.Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

3.Understanding of CMOS Image Sensor working principles, with experience in CIS chip validation. Proficient in using Python/MATLAB/C++ for image data analysis and processing.

4.Possesses knowledge of the ISP pipeline and specific ISP module functionalities.

5.Familiar with the workflow of image sensors in smartphone and IoT platforms.

6.Experience as an AE, Chip Validation Engineer, or FAE at a semiconductor supplier is highly preferred.

7.In-depth understanding of embedded hardware/software systems and MCU firmware development. Proficient in using common laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.

8.Knowledge of fundamental hardware principles.

9.Experience with ISP image tuning is a plus.
