At the 2023 “Chip Fusion” Innovation Project Roadshow Competition, held at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center, AlpsenTek won the “Rising Star” award in the Automotive Electronics Industry Alliance’s first selection of rising-star companies for the intelligent automotive ecosystem.
AlpsenTek’s ALPIX series of hybrid vision sensor chips, based on Hybrid Vision Sensing technology, combines the strengths of event sensors and image sensors, supporting simultaneous output of high-quality image and event signals. The chips enable image deblurring, HDR, slow motion and smart triggering, and lay groundwork for upgrading DMS, FCW, ADAS and SLAM in intelligent vehicles.
In event mode, low data redundancy lowers system processing cost and reduces latency in a vehicle’s environmental perception system, enabling faster responses to road emergencies; the wide dynamic range improves perception under extreme lighting and rapid light changes.
