Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for CP or FT program development, debugging, algorithm integration, and joint debugging.
- Communicate with chip designers and R&D teams regarding chip test plans and requirements; develop mass production test plans for chips.
- Responsible for PVT verification, mass production release, validation analysis, and related tasks for chip mass production development.
- Responsible for engineering NPI (New Product Introduction), trial production, sample delivery, and other requirements to ensure timely delivery.
- Responsible for yield improvement, efficiency enhancement, mass production issue analysis, and continuous improvement related to chip mass production.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (3+ years of relevant experience) or master’s degree (2+ years of relevant experience) in Microelectronics, Electronic Information, Integrated Circuits, Measurement and Control, or related fields.
- Familiar with the chip mass production test development process; able to independently lead CP/FT mass production test development; familiar with CP and FT equipment and environments.
- Proficient in at least one ATE programming language (C/C++, etc.); able to independently develop ATE test programs; proficient in at least one type of ATE platform among T2000, 93K, J750, Chroma, or CZ.
- Familiar with ATE test principles; able to understand basic chip operating principles; possess basic analog and digital circuit analysis skills to analyze and locate mass production anomalies.
- Familiar with digital and mixed-signal semiconductor test theory.
- Experience in mass production test development for optical chips is preferred.
