Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development and project management of fusion vision sensor products (traditional RGB and event-based image sensors) for smartphone/IPC product categories, driving project implementation.
2. Establish and lead the CIS team, covering image sensor functional evaluation, camera system software development, camera system debugging, firmware development, etc., guiding the team to overcome systematic challenges.
3. Conduct competitive analysis of chip projects from a system perspective.
4. Coordinate resources and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with hardware, algorithms, product, and other teams within projects.

Job Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above from a 211 or 985 university, majoring in Electronic Information, Signal Processing, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
3. Understanding of CMOS image sensor working principles, with experience in CMOS image sensor chip validation; proficient in using Python/Matlab/C++ for image data analysis and processing.
4. Familiarity with the ISP pipeline and specific ISP modules.
5. Understanding of the workflow of image sensors on smartphone and IoT platforms.
6. Experience as an AE (Applications Engineer), chip validation engineer, or FAE (Field Applications Engineer) at a chip manufacturer is preferred.
